Learn about the intimate small batch craft cider making process including what happens to all of the waste products from the process. Arrive onsite for a 9.30am start and see the process from the fruit to the final bottled goods. Learn how we add modern twists to a Somerset favourite such as elderflower or white chocolate flavours!

In fact, as part of the course you will be able to try some of our lovely ciders over lunch on the farm…what could be better!
